House of Holloway Salon Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointments are very important to the team members of House of Holloway, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

 

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

 

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

 

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4     hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

- Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

 

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. House of Holloway policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION

 

As a courtesy, we will confirm your service appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment date by text, email or both. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

SALON SERVICES POLICY

The employees of House of Holloway pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. All of our stylists are professional, educated and experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.

 

Menu prices listed in the Service Menu at the front desk are base prices. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length or thickness of your hair.  Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service.

 

Consultations for all hair services are offered free of charge and are highly recommended for first time clients and for chemical services. During the consultation, should there be any previous over-processing due to prior chemical services, heat damage, or any other issues with your hair that may affect the outcome of your hair service, you will be made aware before your service is started.

 

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the front desk within three (3) days of your service for haircuts or seven (7) days for chemical services . If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, or with another stylist of your choice, at no additional charge to you.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

A receipt dated within 30 days of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. No refunds of any type will be given. You may make an exchange or receive store credit. Electrical merchandise must be in its original box and in new condition. (Please see below for additional rules on returns and exchanges of electrical merchandise).

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Hair color, hair brushes, make-up brushes, make-up, nail polish, nail implements, hair accessories, and clearance items.
